REVIVE FASHION SHOW

Sharon has made a name for herself by organizing high-profile fashion events across global fashion capitals like London, Italy, New York, and Los Angeles. Her keen eye for design and flawless execution made Revive Fashion Show a standout, with every aspect of the production—from the choreography to the styling—on point.

One of the standout moments of the evening came with the presentation of SACRD THNDR, a Canada-based Indigenous designer known for their powerful storytelling through fashion. SACRD THNDR’s collection was deeply rooted in the history and struggles of Native peoples, using clothing and accessories to raise awareness about Indigenous rights and heritage. The line showcased a fusion of traditional craftsmanship with modern design, with each piece—whether it was intricately designed jewelry or statement accessories—speaking volumes about the resilience and beauty of Indigenous cultures.

The inclusion of No Punching Bag (NPB) at the Revive Fashion Show 2024 was another standout moment that captivated attendees with its unique vision and powerful message. The brand’s collection was a profound exploration of peace, resistance, and the strength of the human spirit—concepts that resonated deeply in the context of a fashion show that was already celebrating culture and storytelling.

The collection, inspired by the peace we all desire to see in the world, drew creative inspiration from both military uniforms and nature, blending historical soldier designs with organic, earth-inspired elements. As the designers at NPB put it, “We pulled inspiration from different shapes of soldier uniforms throughout history and nature to create a collection of looks that showcases Earth’s resistance.” This combination of the structural, almost armor-like qualities of military uniforms, paired with flowing, nature-inspired elements, created a stunning visual dialogue between strength and fragility, conflict and peace. The designs were powerful, with distinct silhouettes and striking shapes, but they also conveyed vulnerability, showcasing an intimate side of human resilience.

The No Punching Bag collection stood out not only for its innovative designs but also for the emotional and philosophical message behind each piece. It was one of the most creative and thought-provoking collections presented that night, with each look pushing boundaries both in terms of style and conceptual depth. Coming from Austin Texas came the brand Too Flame. Owner and Designer Seseley Paige was there to coordinate her models and show support to her line. Someone there coined the phrase corporate fairytale which seemed to nail the look right on the head. “One of a kind up cycled couture & sustainably produced ready-to-wear”. The designs were tremendous and I am sure we will be seeing much more from this up and coming brand.
